MJH Tax Consultants is an independent tax consultancy specialising in tax and business services

We can help you with all aspect of personal and small business taxation, including reviewing your tax liabilities, advising on residence and domicile and establishing businesses. These services include not only completion of personal and business returns but also providing reviews and advisory services for both individuals, businesses and companies.

The Principal, Martin Holden has practised in personal tax for over 21 years and has a wealth of experience. This covers areas as diverse as HMRC Pay As You Earn inspections, operating payrolls, income, capital gains and inheritance tax planning as well as residence, domicile and international assignment planning.

Martin initially trained with HM Revenue & Customs, inspecting payrolls in the West End of London. He then gained his professional qualifications working both in the profession, including the "Big 4", and industry.

Our charges

You will find that these are particularly competitive and the level of charge depends on the complexity of the work. Charges can be calculated on an hourly basis or for an agreed fixed fee.
